Biography
Professor Oren has written extensively on the Clean Air Act. He received his A.B. and J.D. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. While in law school, he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the California Law Review. He served as assistant counsel to the Subcommittee on Health and the Environment of the House Commerce Committee. He has been a member of National Academy of Sciences committees on environmental issues. Professor Oren teaches Property, Environmental Law, and Administrative Law.
