Biography
Mr. Butler received his B.A. degree from Middlebury College. He recieved his J.D. degree from Boston College School of Law in 1975. Mr. Butler has practiced law for the last twenty years, most recently as in-house counsel for Delmarva Power & Light Company, Wilmington, Delaware. He received his M.S.(LIS) from Drexel University in 1997.
