Biography
David Cohen is a Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the University of London where he lectures on international litigation. Until recently, he practiced law as a litigation partner in Clifford Chance. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, he was a litigation associate with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City. He is both a New York lawyer and an English solicitor and advocate with rights of audience in the English courts in civil matters. He is a member of the American Law Institute.
